On the ground floor are two of the three bedrooms; a king-size with a feature accent wall reflecting the coastal theme visible throughout this property, and a single bedroom, also furnished to a high standard. The contemporary shower room is well-appointed with good quality towels and mirror lights; also on this floor is a compact utility area that has a washing machine, ideal for cleaning up your holiday essentials. A quirky roped banister leads up the stairs past a driftwood piece of artwork into the social open-plan living area, where a deep corner sofa provides a fantastic place to relax after a day on the beach and the cleverly designed Smart TV on a folding arm can be angled so that everyone can watch their favourite film together. The kitchen has been thoughtfully designed with oak worktops and under counter lighting and is very well equipped with everything required to rustle up a delicious meal on the lovely dining table.
