The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large breakfast island, along with a dining table to gather around for relaxed evening meals. Alternatively, sink into the luxurious sofas and either soak up the silence or catch a film on the smart TV. Two beautifully appointed and spacious bedrooms are on offer, a king-size and a twin (zip/link), both complete with luxurious bed linens and plenty of storage, whilst a sleek and elegant bathroom invites you to indulge in a long soak or a refreshing shower. Outside you will have access to formal gardens and woodland surrounding the property. Relax in the total tranquillity of the gardens or take a woodland riverside walk, following the tumbling beck until it finally joins a curve of the River Lyne. If you can tear yourself away, you are just a few miles from the Scottish border, and ideally situated for exploring Hadrian's Wall, the Lake District and Northumberland National Parks, and the Scottish Borders. Longtown is a fantastic base for a holiday as it comes in the centre of four Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, including Solway Coast AONB, the Northumberland National Park, North Pennines AONB and the Lake District National Park. The local area offers a pleasant range of shops, pubs and restaurants for you to choose from. There are some beautiful places nearby, offering even more places to go and things to do. Brampton and Carlisle are nearby with beautiful buildings.
