This Self contained detached Bungalow, with its own garage and private driveway parking for two cars, is located in Thornhill which is ideal to explore the Trossachs, Callander and Loch Lomond National Park, with Perth, Glasgow and Edinburgh accessible in about an hour. We are five minutes walk from the village store, play park and local gastropub.
The space
The accommodation comprises a bright sun porch with a dinning table that seats six. The bright sun porch is airy and catches the morning sun.
The newly modernised bathroom has a large walk in shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
Kitchen, is well equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster.
The Lounge. Seating comprises two double sofas, and two chairs. Some games, books and DVDs are available for those unexpected wet days. TV with FreeView. The TV plays USB files and you can connect your computer to it. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Patio doors open onto a decked area of the private garden.
Main Bedroom, King Size bed, with dressing table, hair dryer and two walk in cupboards with ample hanging and storage space.

Third Bedroom, Accommodation for two children in bunk beds. Room is decorated in child friendly colours with light reducing curtains, two bean bags and chest of drawers.

A detached lockable garage is available for storage of bikes, canoes or drying wet walking clothes.
The secluded driveway easily accommodates two cars.

On arrival we will welcome you and show you around the bungalow, and would ask for prior notice if arriving after 6pm. We will leave you to your own devices but are available by phone 24x7

The bungalow is on one level but has three steps to the door, and one internal step so is not suitable for wheelchair access or those with limited mobility, Sorry.
The garden is secluded, but not secure, so if bringing a dog you must supervise it.
This is a rural property and the neighbours, have hens and ducks so please don't be surprised if you hear the lovely sounds of clucking and quacking.
