A gently sloped Yorkshire stone path leads through the enclosed south facing front garden, which includes a lawned area with surrounding picket fence as well as a patio area with picnic table, parasol, barbecue and firepit. Once through the front door, the entrance hall is dominated by a bespoke Oak staircase built by the estate joiners, which leads upstairs to a landing and two first floor bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in showers. The larger of the two has a Hypnos kingsize double bed which can also be set as a twin if preferred and views over the front garden and estate beyond. Downstairs, the entrance hall leads to a light and airy double height living room which boasts an ultra-contemporary white Douvre sense wood burner, 42 inch Smart TV and modern corner sofa suite. Perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the estate. Through a door from the entrance hall, the large kitchen/dining room has windows to both front and back. The area has an extendable dining table and chairs that seats six people and a modern grey kitchen with hob and oven, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A door leads from the kitchen to the large ground floor master bedroom with a Hypnos kingsize double bed which can also be set as a twin if preferred. This spacious room also boasts an inset wood burner with two occasional chairs and a wall mounted Smart TV. The room also features bespoke limited-edition woodblock printed wallpaper designed by Annika Reed Studio. Adjoining is a generous and stylishly tiled wet room with added shower seat, handrails, a raised seat toilet and emergency pull cord system.
