In the rear part of a former stable behind our house you have access to a complete home of 120 m2 with a spacious living room, kitchen, toilet, entrance and bathroom on the ground floor. Through a private front door which is equipped with a spacious veranda where you can sit, you enter the spacious hall with toilet and staircase. The large living room has many windows and a wide view over the pasture. A lovely seating area with corner sofa and large dining table suitable for 5 people makes it a nice place to be. The kitchen with bar is fully equipped. The bathroom is accessible through the kitchen. On the upper floor are the landing with sink and 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is accessible via the master bedroom. The bathroom is downstairs. The entire property is non-smoking indoors and outdoors. It is also not allowed to smoke in the garden.
