This beautifully designed Ilpendam villa with a spacious garden is just 10 minutes from the heart of Amsterdam and faces the Dutch country side! It is well set up for a family stay with children, not suitable for todlers or young children.
The house is a real family residence, it is set up with everything you will need away from home with a full kitchen, spacious open concept living areas: a grand kitchen, a big living room, TV room and suite, lovely garden views , a large veranda for long summer evenings and design touches, parquet flooring. (3 floors) A great blend of family living, design, nature and the city closeby, it's Ilpendam in the village.
The huge bedroom guarantees a good night of sleep, contains blinds and has a small bathroom en suite. The two kids bedrooms contain a bunk bed and a single bed.
The garden is a lovely place with different sunny terraces. There is a great garden fireplace that is suitable for barbecuing and cooking even when it's raining. The garden is a ditch with a direct connection to the canal.
The beautiful village of Ilpendam gives you the feeling of being far away from the crowds but is only 6 km from the Center of Amsterdam and can be reached by bus in 10 minutes! A perfect location to discover The Netherlands; Volendam, the island of Marken, Zaanse Schans are a stone's throw away.
