Positive: We loved the house! Our child was happy exploring the house the moment we arrived. She loved the mini table football and the sauna cabin most. We were grateful for a children chair in the kitchen, a tv with some child channels and some games to play. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were surprised to notice the house would be (somewhat) wheelchair accessible by the looks of the door to the toilet and bathroom downstairs. The location was nice and green, good for walks (and further exploring by car). We loved Erve Brooks

Negative: Sometimes you can hear noises from the sportpark nearby when kids are outside sporting. The second smaller room had one window (door to a balcony?) where lot's of light comes in in the morning. That's doesn't help with a good sleep, so something that keeps more light out would be nicer. The big room also had a (better) roll curtain that is a bit damaged. It still works but could be replaced as well. Things we didn't mind but could be changed as well: both toilets upstairs and downstairs don't sit straight anymore. It will be work to fix them properly in the wall again, but otherwise you don't know how long it will last hanging a bit loose. The faucet handles (kraanknoppen) were okay, but I know from experience they cut in the hand as the get damaged through use over time. I recommend a new faucet with handles instead, like in the kitchen for example. There are so many types.

Summary: We had a great time in and out of the house (didn't mind staying longer)
