This beautiful country house is set in the small village of Hunston, less than 15 minutes’ drive from Goodwood Motor Circuit. Church Farm House is the epitome of understated luxury and has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 2 reception rooms, dining room, kitchen and beautiful gardens. There is a 2 bedroomed cottage in the grounds which guests can rent in conjunction with the main house. Details of this cottage including prices can be provided on request.
The front door leads into an airy hallway with a large eat in kitchen with Aga off to the right. The kitchen table seats up to 8 guests and the folding sliding French doors can be opened to make this a glorious indoor/outdoor space. The kitchen leads onto a well-equipped utility room/WC.
To the left of the hallway is a sitting room with TV. There is also a large formal drawing room with wood burner and comfortable seating for 10 guests. The dining room, which seats 10, has lovely views over the garden.
Upstairs there are 5 wonderfully proportioned and immaculate bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 have super king size beds, bedroom 3 has a king size bed. Bedroom 4 is a small double (suitable for 1 person) and there is a king size bed with en suite bathroom on the second floor. Please note from the floorplan that there is also a small annex bedroom leading off bedroom 2 with a single bed.
The gardens are large are well appointed with comfortable sitting areas. There is a fabulous outside terrace with a large outdoor dining room table, gas BBQ and pizza oven.
The village of Hunston is between Chichester and the Witterings with good transport links and plenty of private parking in the drive. The house is set down a quiet no through lane. Please note that we do not accept dogs or children at this property.
