This is a beautiful traditional south facing Cornish cottage for your stay in Cornwall with easy access to both the north and south coasts. It is set in spacious gardens and various living spaces, with three double bedrooms (one can be set up as a superking or a twin) and two bathrooms (one with bath, and one with a shower). With two staircases it is ideal for families to share. There is off road parking for up to 4 cars, and a large secure dog run.
The space
The cottage is stylishly and traditionally furnished, with the benefit of a large conservatory in addition to the sitting room, dining room and kitchen/breakfast room with both AGA (lit in cooler months), double over/hob, combination microwave and dishwasher. The sitting room and dining room have wood burning stoves, and electric heating is provided throughout. The sittingroom is carpeted with the remaining ground floor floors either slate flagged, or tiled. There is a large untility room with both a freezer and washing machine. The fibre boradband ensures you can work if needed whilst away, or watch TV using it.

There is virtually level access to the cottage from the single parking space to the side of the cottage (one step). From the parking are and garage to the rear of the cottage steep granite steps lead down to the rear property (with handrail). The gardens are on various levels with steps between them.
