Enter the passage with access into the kitchen/dining room or straight through to the rear garden with outside dining table and chairs. At the front of the property there is an outside seating area with loungers and two more tables with chairs. In the passage you can hang up your coats, leave your boots and dry your dog if caught in the rain. Once in the property, the large fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a substantial meal or rustle up a snack with a dining area and access to the living space. There is a formal dining table at one end of the room and comfy sofas available with a tv and access to the rear garden. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The communal bathroom has a bath and shower and then bedroom 1 has a double and a single bed aswell as an ensuite with a bath and shower. Bedroom 2 has a superking size bed, bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and a single bed and bedroom 4 has a double and a single bed. Up the stairs and straight into the 5th bedroom which has a king size bed and a jack and jill bathroom with shower with access from both bedroom 5 and bedroom 6 which also has a luxurious superking bed. Turn to the right of the stairs and there is a second sitting room with access to bedroom 6. This could be a great space for teenagers or holding a yoga session for a group of friends.
