The Space:
Our house has four bedrooms and an extra sofa bed, and is perfect for large groups. It can easily comfortably accomodate up to 10 guests.
Upon entry, you're welcomed to our delightfully spacious hallway, with doors leading to an open plan living/dining area. Then, a downstairs WC & large kitchen with games room.
The first floor features the four bedrooms; 2x kingsize, 1x double and a single room with bunkbeds.
There is parking for 2 cars on the drive (possibly 3 if parked strategically) and plenty of free off-road parking. Have a lovely morning coffee or chill in a privately enclosed garden.
Our large open living/dining area is perfect for spending time together with a big comfy corner sofa. Enjoy your stay with free access to Netflix, Virgin TX and match it up is the PS4. All are powered by a high speed WIFI. Our dining table seats up to 10 people.
Have a home cooked meal in our spacious stocked kitchen, with all the cooking appliances you need. Our games room is found off the kitchen, with a ping pong table and plenty of board games to keep you entertained. There is also a downstairs toilet.
On the first floor, there is a bright and spacious double bedroom. Our master bedroom has a king size bed, with small walk Lastly a single bedroom has been fitted with a bunk bed, suited for children but great for younger adults staying for a couple of nights.
There is a full bathroom and a further shower room on the first floor.

We are local and available throughout your stay so please get in touch if you have any questions.
A self check-in system is in available for guests visiting. However we do try to meet as many of you as possible to introduce you to the property and the area :)
The Neighborhood:

Moseley was recently voted the best place to live in Britain by the Sunday Times and it's easy to see why. The house is a short 5 minutes walk away from the village and its restaurants, shops and bars.
The local Marks & Spencer is less than a 5 minute walk away.
There are 2 supermarkets on the main road as well as a range of independent boutique shops.
Moseley Farmers Market operates on the last Saturday of every month in the village. Previously voted Best Farmers Market in the Uk, it’s a must visit.
We love Birmingham and would love to recommend the best restaurants and bars in the area. Get in touch if you’re looking for something in particular!

Moseley Village is an easy 10 minute walk away with over great bars and restaurants to choose from!
Cannon Hill Park and Edgbaston Cricket Ground are around a 15-20 minute walk away whilst accessing the City Centre is easy by both car and public transport.
University of Birmingham and Queen Elizabeth Hospital are less than 10 minutes in the car.
Birmingham International Airport and the NEC are around 25 minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
There is CCTV covering the exterior of the property for security purposes.
We do not accept parties or excessive noise in the property - if this occurs, you will be asked to leave immediately.
