Positive: Great little property , very clean and tidy , lovely hot shower, comfy ( but very squeaky) Double bed and spacious room with ample storage fridge and freezer and a dishwasher which was handy . nice little garden for outside dining the location is perfect for Lake Bala and surrounding areas ,

Negative: Nothing I didn’t like However I think and instruction manual / printout would be handy for the Hob and other electrical appliances as some maybe new to users . We were sad not to have a BBq in the garden . Also be carful where you park as the next door neighbour got rather annoyed as we had slightly parked to far “ his way “ The in road parking has no markings so we just parked out front which resulted in a few grumpy swear words from the chap . We moved and he was them friendly enough but just be mindful
