Modern, spacious apartment on the first floor (one of three) in a Georgian style home situated in New Brighton on the Wirral nr LIVERPOOL. We are a 3 minute walk from the promenade on the River Mersey with views across to Liverpool.
Accommodation consists of a large bedroom with double bed (extra fold up single bed available on request) with en suite with double shower - tiled with underfloor heating. There is a modern fully equiped kitchen with dish washer, fridge/freezer, dining area with large round table and seating for four. The lounge has two leather sofas, open gas fireplace, TV with Netflix. A second bathroom features a large oval bath - great for chill out occassions.
The apartment has slate floor with underfloor heating as well as central heating.
