The Tipputs Inn is a 250 year old building with a well-established pub & restaurant on the ground floor and 2 newly renovated self-contained holiday apartments above the pub. It is easy to access with it being located just off the A46 and has a large car park to the rear. Ideally located for Cirencester, Bourton-on-the-Water, Stroud, Tetbury and nearby wedding venues including Matara, Kingscote Barn, The Great Tythe Barn and Owlpen Manor.
Flat 2 is a newly renovated apartment above the pub with 1 king en-suite-bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. This apartment sleeps 4 guests maximum.
This apartment enjoys views over the countryside to the rear with nearby farms and is perfect for a couples or small families getaway to the Cotswolds. There is the living room just off the kitchen space with a dining table to one side. Just off the entrance hallway is the king size bedroom (can be twin upon request) with an en-suite bathroom with bath tub through the bedroom.
This 250 year old building has a lot to give! We have a large selection of areas to sit and enjoy our locally sourced food and drink. Our pub was recently refurbished and renovated in 2021 when we took it over. Our beautiful, cosy front bar area is dog friendly and has a log burner to one side. We have a spacious restaurant to the back, ideal for larger functions and a mezzanine area above it. A perfect private space for meetings and celebrations. Out the back we have a large garden area with covered seating pods and a new decking area for our herb garden and bright coloured tables and chairs for vibrancy. Our car park is to the rear of the building with a path winding down the back adjacent to the back garden leading to the front door.
Above the pub we now have 2 brand new apartments both with fully fitted kitchens. One apartment has a King Size en suite with a sofa-bed in the living room and the other, 2 King Size beds with a sofa-bed in the living room. Plenty of space if you want to have a short break away in the Cotswolds or are celebrating a wedding in the nearby area. Not wanting to cook upstairs? Then why not pop downstairs to sample some of Dani's fantastic food?
Choose from our lunch menu, a la carte or tapas menu! All made fresh on site with some of the customer favourites being his doorstep sandwiches, tapas trio boards and his ultimate home-made Longhorn beef burgers. Lets not forget the half price fish & fizz on a Friday and the famous hot meat rolls every Friday lunch! They're a sell out!
