With easy access to the larger town of Chesterfield, filled with an abundance of activities- Cinema, Bowling, Escape Rooms, Theatres, bars, Restaurants and a variety of shops. The town is famous for its 800 year-old open air market and the unique and unusual `Crooked Spire` Church.

The living room has large glass doors to allow you to take in the views of the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. opening out onto a patio area, with outdoor furniture in the warmer months.
There is a open plan living space with a kitchen diner and a living room. The living room features a impressive log burner to keep you cosy on colder nights, aswell as a smart TV, to relax and wind down.
Additional feature is a separate utility room perfect for muddy boots. There is a washing machine and extra toilet in the utility room also, for your convenience.
Outside there is garden to the left of the property and a patio with dining facilities for your use to take in the endless views of the Derbyshire Dales(please note garden is not enclosed).
