Summary: Exceptionally clean and comfy room, fresh bedding and towels available. Perfect location on the river, by the train station with just a 5 minute walk to the city centre. We stayed in room 1 and had a lovely view of the river on the morning, hotel was quiet, warm and comfortable. Martyn assisted with great communication telling us everything we needed to know prior to getting to the guest house, check in and check out was simple and easy. A range of amenities in the room such as a smart TV, warm shower, hot drinks and a bottle of cold water in the fridge. Will defiantly be back on our next visit to York!
