Inside, the gorgeous interior has been styled to offer relaxation and comfort and is bright and airy with sea glass green accents and natural tones. A fully kitted out kitchen means you’ll be able to entertain family and friends with ease, and if the weather is chilly, you can light the log burner and cosy up in the lounge for movies or board games.
With relaxation being a key element to the home’s layout, on the ground floor is a wet room and walk-in shower where guests can de-sand in comfort after the beach, while upstairs a spacious open plan living area with high ceilings and wooden beams is framed by panoramic views over the cove. A French door from the living area opens out to the balcony which is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffees or sundowners.
Private off-road parking for two cars (one in front of the other) to the front of the property. Please note that the space closest to the front door is under cover so the height is restricted and some taller vehicles will not be able to use this space. Access is via a narrow lane and manoeuvring is tight so please be aware that it is necessary to reverse back down the lane when leaving the house.
