The bedrooms consist of a super king size double with en-suite shower room, a king size double and a twin with two full size single beds, all with TVs and serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is a private decking area with furniture and hot tub and off-road parking for one car. EV charging point. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking. A travel cot (no mattress) and highchair are also available. 5 Southern Place is a lovely holiday home in the countryside. Note: Lake on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. The Eden project lies within 15 miles and Plymouth is just a 30 minute drive, or 25 minute train ride from nearby Liskeard station. With the Barbican harbour district, renowned aquarium, and good selection of shops, restaurants and theatres, this is a great holiday base.
