On the first floor is an open plan living space with seating area, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a sunny terrace with table and chairs and steps up to a roof garden with sun loungers, as well as parking for three cars. 5 Beachdown is in the perfect position for a fabulous seaside break in South Devon.
