Twenty minutes’ drive away is the market town of Bala, situated in the captivating Snowdonia National Park, where a plethora of activities awaits. Llangollen, in the opposite direction, is again only 20 minutes’ drive, and is home to many attractions including the steam railway, horse drawn boat trips along the canal, Valle Crucis Abbey and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Poncysyllte Aqueduct.
