The living area has comfy sofas and a Freeview TV, and there is a patio door to the rear garden. The dining area has a table and six chairs where you can go over the experiences of the day whilst eating your evening meal. The fully equipped modern kitchen has substantial storage and everything you need to prepare an evening meal or hearty breakfast. A separate toilet completes this floor. There are three bedrooms on the first floor; bedroom one has a double bed, bedside tables, lights, storage and an en-suite with cubicle shower; bedroom two has a double bed with bedside table and light; whilst bedroom three is a a child-friendly room with a high bed, table, a folding sponge matress and a light. The family bathroom completes this floor with shower over bath. There is driveway for parking two vehicles at the front and at the rear there is an enclosed garden with patio, with table and chairs for al fresco dining, a lawn area and washing line.

There is a large selection of supermarkets, local shops, restaurants, cafés and bars, as well as a cinema, theatre, Aquadome and trampoline park.
