Find a commodious lounge/kitchen/diner on the ground floor, complete with a contemporary kitchen on one side and a cosy wood burner on the other. Positioned around the wood burner is a sprawling L-shaped sofa, the very best place to sink into with the Smart TV on. All three bedrooms, two king-size and a final single with a pull-out trundle bed, can be found upstairs alongside a family bathroom. From the lounge, step outside and make the very most of the ample outdoor space. Pretty lawn space leads to a sizable private pool that’s fenced in and heated throughout the summer months – ideal for getting your daily laps in or letting children play.

Prepare to spend a full afternoon in the village of Coverack, rock pooling, swimming and sampling local pubs and restaurants.
