A family bathroom is also located on this floor, ideal for a relaxing soak after a long day. Outside, you'll find a plethora of places to soak up the sun. Hedges, shrubs, and statues fill the front garden, while the rear terrace provides the perfect spot to kick back in. An outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off surfboards and sandy feet. Take it easy on the raised deck with a chilled glass in hand, or top up your tan on one of the sun loungers. Fire up the BBQ and gather everyone for a meal at the outdoor table.
