The local metro is within easy walking distance so you can explore an abundance of places including South Shields, Tynemouth, Whitley Bay and Newcastle to discover the delights of this historic and beautiful city. Nearby the award winning beaches at Seaburn and Roker are ideal for unwinding and relaxing and have been favourite family spots for many years. The lovely wide promenade and seafront are perfect for an evening stroll and are dotted with places to stop off for a snack or drink. A traditional park in Roker has play areas, lake and miniature railway set in the floral displays.
