Boasting original beams, river views, fishing on river next to property (fishing licence and permit required) and walking from the door, it is ideally situated within the Lake District National Park. Windermere, Penrith and Ullswater are all within easy driving distance. A perfect holiday retreat. Shop and pubs 1km.
