Summary: When arriving to the apartment there was no information on how to check in. After several calls to a reception number I was met by a rude person who explained that I have to follow the instructions. I asked where this information was sent but the guy was only irritated. After a few minutes walk to the reception the same guy was still rude and explained that they had sent info via Whatsup and all communication was via Whatsup. I had received several e-mails about different packages to buy and also later about checkout procedure so he was clearly not correct but just rude for no reason. The room was smelling of smoke and the kitchen fan was on full speed when we arrived. Will not visit again.
