Welcome to our beautiful cottage, a four-bedroom red brick attached cottage that was built approximately 200 years ago.
Located in Hartpury, which is approximately 5 miles north of the historic city of Gloucester, the accommodation which is set out over two floors is well proportioned and enjoys plenty of natural light. On the ground floor are the two formal reception rooms, these being the living room and dining room, both located to the front of the property. The living room enjoys two windows to the front allowing plenty of light and to the centre of the room is an open fireplace, so providing a focal point.
The dining room features a Rayburn which is heated by way of solid fuel and once lit, throws out a huge amount of heat. The dining room is open to the kitchen which features relatively modern units finished with wooden work surfaces. From the kitchen, a door leads out into the garden room, which as one would imagine, gives a wonderful overview of the properties mature garden.
Completing the ground floor is a rear hallway and three-piece ground floor bathroom.
Upstairs in the original part of the property can be found four bedrooms, three of which are double rooms. Two of the rooms are front facing so enjoy the open, elevated views this home enjoys.
