Summary: Spotless room, excellent heating, plenty of hot water and power shower. In particular Visi, the front of house manager, was very accommodating, after we were unable to book the restaurant, going above & beyond to ensure our NYE was the best experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this hotel.
