Summary: The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a lockable door. It even had a fridge, a luxury absent from hotel rooms costing two or three times as much. The bathroom arrangements were unusual, with the loo in a tiny cupboard, and the basin and shower cubicle at the end of the bed. There was nowhere to hang a damp towel, and I was slightly unnerved by exposed wiring on a broken extractor fan switch just above the shower door. It's not the Ritz but I've stayed in worse places, and for £45 a night including parking a stone's throw from Windsor and Bray, you pay for what you get!
