Positive: Ambiance in the villa Welcome with help for my luggage to get up two floors.

Negative: Room key system Upon check-out (early morning) no staff on duty Room lights worked/did not work in surprising ways.. and not good.. I recall having to descend down the staircase in the dark to turn the lights on.

Summary: Liked it overall, though, with the Italian eatery on site a plus.
