Summary: We had a lovely break in one of the lodges. The food in the restaurant was some of the best food we've ever tasted and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Some aspects of the hotel and leisure centre look tired such as the handle bars near the steps of the top part of the pool are very loose, rust around the taps in the lodge, some chairs in the hotel restaurant could do with being replaced. Having said this it didn't take anything away from the wonderful time we had. After climbing a mountain we really appreciated the fantastic jacuzzi, exceptionally comfy bed and warm, powerful shower. The staff are very friendly and attentive to guests needs, providing ice cold water for the rooms due to a heatwave. We would stay here again without hesitation.
