Tucked into a carefully designed portion of undulating green landscape on Rookery Farm in Wells, this perfectly formed pod offers couples and families a unique and magical escape within one of Somerset's prettiest corners of countryside.
Inside is cosy and cool with serpentine lines creating a contemporary burrow; the walls and ceilings blending into each other in one seamlessly curvy space. Exposed brick work, timber panelling and plush furnishings lend a rustic yet superbly stylish quality to the interior where chunky knits and waffle linens make for an inviting sanctuary that's just right for cosying up or winding down in.
The living area features an L-shaped upholstered bench sofa with plush scatter cushions to snuggle into, and is open plan with a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with breakfast bar.
Pets: 2 Pets permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
There is a £32.50 wood package available for the hot tub. This includes the hot tub being lit prior to arrival and a supply of wood provided for your stay. This needs to be requested with the site owner prior to arrival. Guests are welcome to bring their own wood if they prefer though.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £125 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
