We thank you for leaving the villa in a condition that will not require excessive or deep cleaning (dishes not cleaned, food leftovers, soiled walls, furniture, appliances, etc.). The cleaning fee set by the host is intended to cover the cost of standard cleaning between bookings. Any breach of this rule will incur additional charges on the guests.
Good to know:
The entire property: house, grounds, and amenities are entirely privatized for the guests for the duration of the stay.
To ensure everyone's peace of mind, it is requested to reduce the noise level between 10 PM and 8 AM. The villa is for family use only; parties and other events are not allowed. The number of guests will be strictly limited to the number of guests indicated at the time of the initial booking; no additional guests will be allowed without the prior agreement of the owner. Failure to comply with these rules will be subject to additional costs or legal actions.
