Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish newly converted barn for 2023 season! Valley Cottage, Georgeham was newly converted in 2022 into a wonderful two bed holiday home benefiting of sleeping up to four people and accepting your four legged friends. Within easy walking distance from Valley Cottage you'll find two village pubs, both with a warm atmosphere and great food. There is also a shop/post office. We are only a short 5 minute drive from Croyde and Putsborough beach.
The space
Valley Lodge, Georgeham, is a newly converted barn ready to welcome guests.
Our accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen dining area with reclaimed oak beams throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer and plenty of storage.
The kitchen benefits of patio doors leading onto the large enclosed garden. Perfect to kick back in the summer season and let your four legged friends explore or enjoy your breakfast at the outside dining table in the morning listening to the birds sing.

Just off the kitchen / dining area you will find two bedrooms. One being the master bedroom, compromising of a double bed and an ensuite shower room.
The other bedroom is a twin room again with a shower ensuite room. Please note the twin room can always accommodate a couple if you wish for the beds to be pushed together.

Leading up the oak stairs you will find the large living area with sky lights in the vaulted ceiling. Compromising a large L shaped sofa, Smart TV this room is perfect to kick back after a long day at the beach and to enjoy a film with plenty of seating for four people plus your four legged friend.

Outside;
At the front of the property is a large parking area with private gates to your cottage.
The back garden can be accessed via the side gate or from the patio doors in the kitchen.
The rear garden is a sun trap throughout perfect to enjoy those summer evenings.
Please note the rear garden is fully secure for your four legged friends.

We do have runner ducks and other livestock in the neighbouring fields, so we do ask all guests to please respect our neighbours and keep their dogs under control at ALL times around the premises.
