This comfortable apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful villa and you have a view of the hills of the hinterland. From your private terrace you have direct access to the garden, which invites you to relax, and to the beautiful pool, which is shared with the owner. This lovely vacation home also has a boules court. The village of La Colle sur Loup is nestled in a beautiful wooded nature with lemon trees, pines and olive trees, 10 minutes from Nice and less than an hour from the ski resorts of Gréolières and Andon. The town center is characteristic of Mediterranean villages, with narrow streets that house nice stores of antique dealers and decorators, as well as quality restaurants. Many monuments can be visited in the village, many activities are offered there, such as canoeing or tennis lessons, a golf course is 5 km away.
