The house boasts a spacious open-plan living area on the ground floor with underfloor heating; it comprises of a cosy sitting room with two stylish and comfortable sofas and a Smart television, perfect for movie nights after long days at the beach. Head through the large, glass patio doors and enjoy the lovely quiet and spacious decked patio with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a convenient surf shower located along the side path. This area also includes a lovely al fresco dining area where families can enjoy lazy breakfasts and scrumptious suppers together; alternatively, grab one of the board games and have an evening full of family fun.
Home-cooked meals can be prepared in the large and modern gloss white kitchen which comes equipped with all the modern appliances holidaymakers need. Also on the ground floor is a handy cloakroom/WC.
