This 170 m² house includes: - On the ground floor: a large entrance hall with storage space, a toilet, a 30 m² living room with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen, and a second small adjoining dining room. - On the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room (queen-size bed), 1 double bedroom (queen-size bed), 1 double bedroom (queen-size bed convertible into two single beds (80 cm), 1 large separate bathroom with shower and bathtub + laundry area (washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board), and 1 separate toilet. 1st floor landing: mountain area, ski room, and storage for summer/winter mountain equipment. 2nd floor: a second living room, 1 double bedroom (one double bed), 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 queen-size bed (convertible into two single beds (80 cm), a separate bathroom, a separate toilet, a large mezzanine reading area, and an overhead projector.
