Positive: The house was silent, comfortable. It had all amenities which a perfect house should have. Amazingly clean...

Negative: Booking.com did not mention at the time of booking that a refundable 250 GBP or non-refundable 35 GBP needs to be deposited as security deposit before getting the check-in information. This was an extra cost for us.

Summary: Stay was very good but hidden cost of the security deposit was not expected.
