Tides Reach Bembridge is a comfortable, modern well furnished five bedroom holiday home just a minute walk away from the village centre and three minutes to Bembridge Harbour and the beaches.
Ideally located for a family holiday the house is in excellent decorative order thoroughout and comfortably furnished for up to eight guests, with many returning from previous holidays at Tides Reach.
A large conservatory (which includes table football) ensures plenty of natural light and an extra area for relaxing along with a spacious living room. This leads to a terraced garden and decking area..
There is also a dining room area with an eight seat dining table.
The modern kitchen is well equipped and includes all that holidaymakers would expect. The ground floor also has a guest wc.
The five bedrooms comprise of a king size with an en-suite shower room on the first floor, two double bedrooms and a full family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. On the top floor there is a further double bedroom and a single plus a family bathroom with an overhead shower.
Tides Reach has a no pets policy.

A great stay! The house is large with a well equipped kitchen and pleasant bedrooms. The location is great, with the lovely shops of bembridge in easy distance and a coop round the corner. Roger was really helpful and provided great advice of activities and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend.

Great house - the open plan downstairs meant we had plenty of space. The bedrooms are of a good size and perfect for our family holiday. Bembridge high street is within walking distance - it was very useful to have some nice little shops and restaurants close by. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the garden as it was not a very child friendly space. Thank you Roger for being a great host, offering some good local advice and even helping to book the ferry from the main land.” Lydia and family 1st August 2020
