Positive: did the job for me as I just needed somewhere to sleep in the area decent breakfast car park ok room

Negative: shower gave out cold water from both taps so I gave up after a few minutes couldnt get normal TV on - options were netflix which wanted me to pay or iplayer which wanted my email address and password, so I gave up in breakfast I was served one cup of tea - not asked if I wanted another, and 1 piece of toast with my breakfast, not a couple of slices in a rack Only small points - not deal breakers, but just a couple of pointers to maybe help others in the future

Summary: Great place to stay near to the Sussex coast
