PARKING Regrettably, even though we attempt to offer free parking we cannot accept large trucks into our car park such as but not limited to All variants of the Ford Ranger, Nissan Navara, Toyota Hilux, Volkswagen Amarok, Isuzu D-MAX, SsangYong Musso and SsangYong Rexton as each of these takes the space of two or more standard cars. Vehicles like these will be ticketed by our parking management company. Please note that there is a resident dog who lives with the owner at the hotel, we consider children to be aged 12 years or under, people over the age of 12 are considered to be adults. all rooms are strictly nonsmoking. people smoking in the room will incur a charge per night, applied directly to the credit or debit card used to make the reservation, and asked to vacate the hotel. no refunds will be given. this property will not accommodate hen and stag parties or same-sex groups of more than four. the waldorf reserves the right to cancel these reservations and to charge your credit/debit card the entire cost of the reservation. in response to the coronavirus (covid-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at the waldorf, we regret that due to a shortage of chef's we have currently suspended our breakfast service. all reservations are on a strictly room only basis.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
