Summary: Checked in after a day out, sadly the bar area and restaurant was cold although heating was on, we were shown to our room which had an overpowering smell of lavender, assume cleaning products (so good sign), room was cosy with standard size bed & good powerful shower but no hot water from sink tap. Our food from the restaurant was tasty. During the night we found the room to be noisy from other guests using bathrooms etc or coming and going as no sound proofing in place. Staff were friendly. Free car parking across the road and good location for several attractions in the area.
