New, Penthouse Apartment is a one bedroomed apartment in a trendy block of apartments, 150 metres from the beach and 10-minute walk from Margate train station, Margate main sands, the Old Town and Dreamland. Shops and restaurants outside the door in Westbrook (also on a bus route) with Westbrook Bay just around the corner.
Built to a very high standard, this 2018 built Penthouse Apartment has two balconies with seating (partial sea views), lounge with air conditioning, kitchen with Induction hob, dishwasher, and washing machine/dryer, microwave oven, coffee machine with coffee pods, herbal drinks, oils, along with many other treats and surprises.
The bathroom is contemporary with a rainfall large shower head, bath and lots of freebies to include toothbrushes and toothpaste, hand sanitizers, soaps, shower cap, makeup wipes and other handy things to make your holiday very special! Just bring your clothes! We even provide bathrobes!
The bedding is Hungarian Down and Feather, all cotton linens for your comfort. The luxurious mattress is completely encased and protected for sanitary reasons. There are blackout curtains, Sonos One, Alexa & Echo Dot, 40" TV Amazon Fire Stick. An extra two people can be accommodated in the pull out sofa bed.

The property is equipped with a Noise level monitoring device which will alert the owner if the sound approaches that of a ‘party’ type noise level.
