Positive: Well furnished with lovely thoughtful touches, including a well stocked kitchen. Lovely outside space. The welcome pack was a wonderful surprise.

Negative: The radiators needed to emit more heat when it got cold. We didn’t want yo have the hassle of using the wood burner but just needed a bit more background heat. The listed DVD player wasn’t there - we had packed DVDs so were a bit disappointed.

Summary: Comfortable, great host, lovely area - great value for money
