Positive: The property was very nice, with a spacious modern interior to very characterful building. The views were great and there is a pretty garden to enjoy in fine weather. The bedrooms were a good size, clean, quiet and comfortable. Abersoch has a good selection of pubs resturants and cafes, with St Tudwalls being a really buzzing place and the Dining Room lovely for breakfast. For stargazers, the clear night night skies are absolutely amazing, worth the trip on their own.

Negative: Could have done with some welcome bits and bobs, especially for the money, but only scrapings in the coffee jar and a couple of tea bags. A bit mean for this kind of place. This has nothing to do with property really, but as it is around 1.5 miles out of Abersoch, if you don't want drive in, it's a good old walk (and uphill back). Taxis are difficult to get and booking in advance essential.

Summary: Lovely place though pricey for what you get.
