The cottage is wonderfully positioned halfway between the market town of Newcastle Emlyn and the seaside village of Aberporth on Cardigan Bay. Aberporth is a beautiful seaside village in the heart of Ceredigion. With lovely two sandy beaches with rock pools exposed at low tide to explore, as well as many independent cafes, pubs and seafront restaurants. Explore the Ceredigion coast path along to Tresaith and find yourself at a great vantage point to look out for dolphins close to the Cardigan Bay shore.
Newcastle Emlyn is nestled within the stunningly beautiful Teifi Valley. This market town offers a wide array of independent shops, arts and crafts and antique centres. The Old Cottage provides an excellent base for exploring all the area has to offer.

Please ensure children are supervised. The cottage is opposite the farmhouse but isn't overlooked. There is a games room with a pool table, darts, TV, board games, DVD collection, library, croquet, kettle, microwave, gas fire, shower room and toilet. There is ample off-road parking for up to 3 cars.
