Positive: The relaxed and warm welcome. We stayed one night and they generously gave us two days of parking giving us extra opportunity to explore the area on check out. The room was fantastically comfortable with lovely facilities. We also dined in the evening and the food was exceptional. The location of the accommodation was perfect. It was central, a 2 minute walk to Hay Castle. 5mins to the river.. Lots of wonderful shops and bookstores. Overall, an incredible place and we were lucky to find such a perfect accommodation. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
