Summary: Very ordinary, no specific problem, had fridge, good preload tea and coffee, boiler, small tv, old air condition split, noisy wooden bed, noisy floor laminate, generally clean, good water pressure, good parking, smell of cleaning materials, sometimes noise of train, but not from next room, cosy, good for low pay
