Positive: The property was very well furnished and had a very nice style. Although next to a busy street it was possible to have a good sleep. WLAN and heating were working very well. The bed was very comfortable and there was enough space for clothes. It was very pleasant not to look after toilet paper, washing up liquid and all the things of daily use - there was plenty in the apartment. The lounge was cosy and beautiful in design and the bathroom had a lot of space. The apartment was very clean and I enjoyed my stay very much. There also were a few restrictions ( see: "What didn't you like?" ) and I would come back.

Negative: Concerning the booking process and the stay - the whole communication was absolutely impersonal and mechanic - none of the many emails showed the name of any business partner by Houst and I also didn't learn the name of the host. As I had to bare my whole personal identity incl. identity card, communication was absolutely unbalanced and sterile. In the apartment itself there is only little space to store food and there was only little kitchen equipment as: "Please have breakfast here and eat out." I missed a sieve, a big bowl for salat, a cake pan, a beater ... etc. ... not good for a longer stay. In the fridge the lower shelves very missing - also a problem for storing food. I found a broken cafetière when arriving and it took a few days and emails for a change.

Summary: Very beautiful and aesthetic place and some room for improvement
