The Milking Parlour is a converted farm building situated on the owners' well cared for smallholding in rural Kent close to the village of Frittenden which has a small shop and pub. It is a good place from which to explore the beautiful countryside of the Kent Weald with Sissinghurst gardens only a few miles away, and Tenterden, Cranbrook and Headcorn close by. The property has been beautifully converted with great style and flare and lots of attention to the detail making this a wonderful holiday home. There are two bedrooms both with en-suite showers and one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. There is a small secure patio area and parking for 2 cars. The farm has a small amount of animals and the owner is happy to arrange tours for children to pet the family Kunekune pigs and lambs.

Notes: This is a working farm - all children should be supervised at all times. It is a small farm with approximately 3 cows and 1 bull, 5 pet Kunekune pigs, 26 ewes, 2 rams and 40 lambs. The animals are housed over winter in a byre in the farm yard so there can be some animal noise at feeding time. There are also 450 free range turkeys. Meat products can be purchased from the owner subject to availability.
